As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email (and SMS if you opted in). Click the link in that message to see real-time updates—from our warehouse all the way to your doorstep. If you don’t see your tracking details within 24 hours of purchase, check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@karrt.co.uk and we’ll sort it out.
You can cancel or make minor edits (size/color changes) yourself in your Karrt account under My Orders—but hurry! Once your order moves into “Shipping” status (usually within 1–2 hours), it’s on the conveyor belt and can’t be stopped. If you miss that window, just contact support and we’ll do our best to help.
We sometimes split large or pre-order shipments to get what we have on the way ASAP. Check your shipping emails—each box/tracking number will list what’s inside. If something’s missing beyond that, let us know and we’ll track it down for you.
We’re here to help! Whether it’s a damaged item, a wrong size, or anything else, just email photos and your order number to support@karrt.co.uk or use the live chat on our site. We aim to reply within 12 hours and will make it right—promise.
Returning is simple and free within 30 days! In your Karrt account, go to My Orders, click Return an Item, select what you’re sending back, and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Just stick it on the box and drop at your nearest carrier.
Click Forgot Password on the Sign-In page, enter your email, and we’ll send you a secure link. Click it, choose a new password, and you’re back in business!
Once you’re logged in, go to Account Settings → Security, enter your current password, then set and confirm your new one. Hit Save, and voilà—your password’s updated.
We’re sad to see you go, but you can close your account at any time. Just send a quick note to support@karrt.co.uk from the email on file, and we’ll deactivate it within 48 hours. (Don’t worry—we’ll keep your order history safe in case you ever come back!)
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–5 business days), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days for your bank to post it. As soon as it’s done, we’ll email you a confirmation.
In My Orders, click Return an Item, follow the prompts, and print your prepaid label. Pack everything in its original packaging (or any secure box), attach the label, and drop it off. No hidden fees!
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at support@karrt.co.uk with your updated address. Once shipped, we’re unable to reroute packages.
Check your tracking link in your email first—it’ll show where your package is currently. If you still have questions, reach out to support@karrt.co.uk and we’ll investigate for you.
If you’re a seller on Karrt, payouts are typically processed within 2–5 business days after the order is delivered and confirmed. You’ll receive an email notification once your payout is initiated.
Notifications are sent to keep you informed—whether it’s about your order status, account activity, special deals, or changes to your favorites. You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.
The Seller Feedback Rating helps buyers identify top sellers based on product quality, shipping speed, and customer service. You can view a seller’s rating on their profile page.
